Hey y'all,
Thanks to everyone who has been coming out to shows, letting their friends know about us, and popping "The Rush" in their cd players. We really appreciate your support. There's a lot of exciting things on the D&L horizon that we want to let you all know about.
First, we'll be heading up for a quick Northern California acoustic tour at the end of May. We'll be playing at the Cayuga Vault in Santa Cruz on Friday, May 23rd (two 45-min sets, all ages- it's going to be a great show!). Then we'll be heading up to our hometown, playing at the Ukiah Brewery (all ages) on Saturday the 24th, which is always a blast. We'll be back down in the Santa Cruz area for an on-air performance on the world-famous KPIG, on their Sunday morning "Please Stand By" show. That night, we'll be up in SF at Grant and Green (21+). If you all have friends in any of those areas, let 'em know we're coming!
For our L.A. friends, we'll be at the Mint on Thursday, May 15th at 9pm (21+). We're also opening up for our friends, Jayla, in Studio City at the Aura Nightclub on the 22nd (21+) before we head out of town.
We're hoping to be headed out to the Chicago area for some shows in August, are going to join our friend John Craigie for a full California tour in September, and are planning to make our way to the southwest in November, stay tuned for finalized dates and details.
We've been writing a lot of new material, and plans for the next album are in the works. You can expect a new D&L record in '08!
